Studio REFORM Pilates — Website Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 17, 2026
Welcome to Studio REFORM Pilates. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.reformpilatesstudiochatt.com (the “Website”) and related online features. By using the Website, creating an account, submitting a form, or reserving a class, you agree to these Terms. Separate studio policies and participation waivers may apply.
1. About Studio REFORM
Studio REFORM provides reformer Pilates classes, fitness instruction, private instruction, and related wellness services. Information on the Website may change periodically.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. A parent or legal guardian must register any minor participating in an eligible activity and provide required consent.
3. Registration and Participation
Registration and participation are subject to eligibility requirements, class availability, applicable studio policies, and completion of required forms. Participant accounts are personal and may not be shared. Joining an interest list or waitlist does not guarantee class availability or enrollment.
4. Class Reservations
Reservations should be made through Studio REFORM’s designated booking system or app. Class capacity is limited, and reservations are confirmed only when the booking system indicates confirmation. Studio REFORM may reasonably adjust instructors, schedules, class formats, capacity, or programming.
5. Waitlists
When a class is full, participants may join a waitlist where available. Participants may be moved into an available class under the current waitlist policy. The studio does not automatically move participants from the waitlist during the two hours immediately preceding class. During that period, available spaces may be reserved directly through the booking system. Participants should monitor reservations and notifications.
6. Late Cancellations and Missed Classes
Reservations canceled within 6 hours of class are considered late cancellations. Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling is considered a no-show. Repeated late cancellations or missed classes may affect future reservation privileges as described in Studio Policies.
7. Class Levels
Studio REFORM uses progressive class levels. Advanced classes, including Level 3 / PERFORM, require instructor approval. Instructors may assess readiness based on movement requirements and safety considerations. Participation does not guarantee any particular fitness result.
8. Arrival and Studio Requirements
Arrive on time and prepared for class. New participants may be asked to arrive early for orientation and equipment setup. Late entry may be denied for safety reasons. Grip socks are required for reformer classes. Additional studio rules may be communicated through the facility, Website, app, booking system, or Studio Policies.
9. Intro Classes
New participants may be encouraged or required to complete a Studio REFORM Intro class. The Intro covers reformer setup, springs, straps, footbar adjustments, foundational positions, studio etiquette, and basic movement principles. Completing an Intro does not guarantee eligibility for every class level.
10. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Pilates and other physical exercise involve inherent risks, including injury. Website and studio communications provide general fitness education and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other concern about safe participation. Inform instructors of relevant physical limitations before class.
11. Waiver and Release
Participation in classes or physical activities may require acceptance of a separate Liability Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk Agreement. These Terms do not replace that agreement. Required waivers must be accepted before participation.
12. Childcare
Studio REFORM may facilitate access to on-site childcare in connection with studio services. Availability, hours, capacity, age requirements, reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, and other rules are governed by separate childcare policies. Parents and guardians must provide accurate information and follow all childcare rules. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed.
13. Website Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, keeping your information accurate, and notifying Studio REFORM if you suspect unauthorized account access.
14. Email and Text Communications
Studio REFORM may send service-related messages concerning inquiries, reservations, classes, or accounts. Marketing emails or text messages are sent subject to applicable consent requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and, where applicable, opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal rights.
17. Third-Party Services
The Website may integrate with external booking systems, communications platforms, analytics providers, and social media services. These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Studio REFORM is not responsible for external services except as required by law.
18. Website Availability
We aim to maintain accurate and accessible online services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or errorless access. Website features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio REFORM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Separate waivers may apply to physical activities.
21. Privacy

22. Changes to These Terms
